Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using LaunchSpy (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by AML BEEYARD SAS, registered in France under SIREN 933 214 249, with its registered office at 96 Rue Paradis, 13006 Marseille, France.

2. Description of the Service

LaunchSpy is a competitive intelligence platform for infopreneurs, marketers, and agencies. The Service aggregates publicly available information about online creators, advertising creatives, sales funnels, pricing data, and backend platform usage from sources such as the Meta Ads Library, public creator pages, and public landing pages. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

3. Account registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe is being used in violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

4. Subscription plans & billing

The Service is offered as a recurring subscription. Plans, features, and pricing are described on our pricing page and are subject to change. Current tiers (USD, billed monthly or annually):

• Starter — $29/month
• Pro — $79/month
• Business — $199/month
• Enterprise — custom (contact sales)

By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. Prices may be updated with at least 30 days’ notice; the new price applies to renewals after the notice period. Annual plans are billed up front.

5. Free trial

New users may be offered a 7-day free trial. During the trial, no payment is collected unless explicitly stated. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged. After the trial, your subscription begins automatically at the plan you selected.

6. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or systematically copy the Service or its data, except via the official API;
• resell, sublicense, or redistribute Service data to third parties;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
• use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any creator, brand, or individual;
• circumvent rate limits, authentication, or any other technical safeguard;
• use the Service in violation of applicable law, including data-protection, advertising, and competition law.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue all legal remedies available to us.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and original content, is owned by AML BEEYARD SAS and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Aggregated data displayed in the Service is sourced from publicly available channels (Meta Ads Library, public creator profiles, public landing pages); the underlying creative works remain the property of their respective authors.

9. User content

When you save ads, build boards, or annotate creators, the content you produce remains yours. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content solely as needed to operate the Service.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database & auth), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare R2 (media storage), Resend (email), and the Meta Ads Library API (public ad data). Their terms apply to the portions of the Service they power.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data displayed is exhaustive, current, or accurate. Revenue estimates, ad performance metrics, and platform classifications are inferred from public signals and should not be treated as audited financial data.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AML BEEYARD SAS, its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AML BEEYARD SAS against any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party right.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Marseille, France, save for mandatory consumer-protection rules that grant a different forum to consumers domiciled in the European Union.
